Who can actually go through with this???? I was soooo hungry. I didn't finish the diet.

Master Cleanse

Lemon juice
Water
Cayenne Pepper
Organic Maple Syrup

This will be my first attempt and I hope to do it for 7 days. Right before my big meal on Valentines Day. Pictured above is the famous concoction..

These are the other factors needed. Organic laxative tea, sea salt and a large supply of baby wipes.

Lady.

James and I were wanting a friend for Lennox and happen to find Lady at the Houston Animal Pound. She had just been placed in the adoption area after being held in a small cage in the "lost" animals area for three days. What caught my eye was her great personality. That girl has so much character. Lady lived in Houston and College Station for a few months. But under extenuating circumstances, I was unable to keep her. I was extremely upset and because I almost had to give her to an adoption agency. HOWEVER, Steve is a great salesman and he found a lovely family for Lady. Which is Anh's sister's house down my street. Everything works out!

I know Lady is a having a blast playing with 4 kids. : )
I'm going to miss her!

Free Time

1. I'm starting work at a dental office
2. I have 3 interviews, wish me luck!
3. Sewing machine is collecting dust
4. Mom cooks nows
5. Harp is collecting dust
6. Definitely relaxing


This semester off has been FANTASTIC. I'm glad to be spending more time with friends and family. I don't know how I would deal with the problems I have without them. I've decided to make this a public domain and hopefully I can commit to it.

Actually.. just freedom for a little bit since I have finals coming up and I need to end the semester with a bang!

Now that I'm graduating in December, I have so many things to do this semester off!
1. Get a j.o.b
2. Wait on my interviews
3. Learn to use my sewing machine
4. Watch more food channel and cook more for James... lucky butt
5. Play my harp again
6. RELAX

Excited for Ally's birthday party and seeing my crazy nephew Dylan. They are in for a treat! Auntie is baking some red velvet cream cheese cupcakes!

A glimpse into what I experience in school

Let me break this down. This is a fisculated Holstein cow, which has a hole in the side of its stomach that has a direct access to it rumen. I'm sticking my arm in there to feel the lining and to check out what its eating. My project is to take a type of feed and I placed it into little bags to stick into her stomach. Crazy huh? I was psyched!

It sucks that I don't have more pictures from my major. I've done some crazy things from artificial insemination to my crazy meats class. I had to wear a knife set for a whole semester. I definitely stick out like a sore thumb in the crowd. I have even more interesting pictures from entomology.
